 Provide Environmental Awareness Training to all staff members to increase awareness of environmental issues and promote sustainable practices.

  • Communicate our Policy to suppliers, partners, and employees through our company website and direct email communication channels.
  • Ensure that all business vehicles provided to staff and senior management are fully electric or hybrid models.
  • Install electric vehicle charging points at all offices to facilitate sustainable transportation options for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Additional actions

  •  Encourage staff to share transportation resources and work remotely from home to reduce the need for travel and minimise carbon emissions.
  • Promote the use of electric or hybrid vehicles for personal transportation among employees.

Employee Responsibilities – All employees are expected to

  •  Understand the environmental impact of their roles and activities and take responsibility for minimising their environmental footprint.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to environmental sustainability, including waste reduction, energy conservation, and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Help commit to being a paperless company wherever possible and to only print when absolutely necessary and agreed by a senior manager.
